

RETURN POLICY
Our return policy for in store purchases: We allow cash or credit card refund within 30 days of purchase with product in same state that it left the shop (unused) in original packaging, with the receipt unless we can locate the receipt . Music recordings, software, or any other sealed product may not be returned if opened. Food stuffs may not be returned under any circumstances. Special orders for heraldic items, jewelry, or any other product which has been customized may not be returned unless defective. Defective items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
ONLINE PURCHASES/MAIL ORDER
The same terms apply as above, and a 25% restocking charge will be applied for all returns which qualify unless for a defective product. All returns must be done by trackable carrier such as Fedex and must be given a Return Authorization in advance with a number which must appear on the return address label.

SHIPPING POLICY
We provide FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in the 48 continental United States using ground shipping. If you require any other special shipping, please contact us at info@trulleyirish.com or 920-330-0103. The full cost of the special shipping will be added to your order. Most orders will be shipped within three (3) business days of your order for in stock items. If we need to order items, please allow up to three weeks for delivery. Please contact us if you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii.
